A look at worship ministry from the scriptural point of view shows that it has a long history, from Noah to Abraham to David. Worship goes beyond motivational music into service and lifestyle. Both the Hebrew and Greek words used for worship give meaning beyond application of instrumentations to services rendered to God by the priests. This is why Adam was doing bivocationalism in the garden; in this context worship is referred to as services.
The second meaning has to do with bowing down or bending of knees to show honour to one higher in authority or in age, or to a person who is senior to another person, or paying homage. In worship, men are not passive but participating. Worship is both used as a verb and as a noun in the scripture. As a verb, man is participating.
